Abstract
Upper GI endoscopy services are severely limited in view of the risks of aerosol spread of coronavirus. This risks a delay in cancer diagnosis and a back-log of endoscopy referrals to facilitate once services resume. We have fast-tracked the Cytosponge technology developed in Cambridge to provide a triage service for 2WW referrals.
