Abstract

Investigate the feasibility of whether 'low intensity' Behavioural Activation to combat depression can be conducted effectively in online groups. Behavioural Activation is a 'low intensity' therapy of established efficacy in combatting depression, based on the premise of encouraging engagement in reinforcing activities.
