Abstract
The coronaIRES project aims to study a molecular mechanism that takes place during the multiplication of Sars-CoV-2 in the cell: the initiation of translation of viral genetic material. Exploring this phenomenon will allow the development of molecules capable of blocking it, in order to fight infection.
