Abstract
This project aims to very quickly develop 5 humanized mouse models whose cells have on their surface a protein similar to that to which the Sars-CoV-2 virus binds when it infects human cells. Vaccines and antiviral therapies can then be tested on these rodents. These animal models will also help to deepen our knowledge of infectious mechanisms.
