Abstract

The ICARE project aims, through the use of human lung models, to identify the cell types initially targeted by the Sars-CoV-2 virus and to study the early responses of these cells to infection. This work could provide valuable information to guide the development of therapeutic strategies to block entry of the virus into cells.
