Abstract
The PhyloCoV project consists in carrying out the genetic sequencing of all the subtypes of Sars-CoV-2 virus identified among the patients and the medical staff of the two largest reference centers for Covid-19 in Paris. This will provide essential data to better characterize the evolution of the virus as well as its transmission within hospitals.
