Abstract

The CoMemRep project coordinated by Reguera Juan (Architecture and Function of Biological Macromolecules - University of Aix-Marseille) focuses on the characterization of the SARS-CoV-2 replication complexes associated with the membrane. It aims to provide new therapeutic targets for antivirals targeting membrane association and the oligomerization of replication complexes, and to improve the understanding of the mechanisms of SARS replication.
