Abstract

The DISCO project, coordinated by Soizick Le Guyader (UPR SG2M - Health, Genetics and Microbiology of Molluscs - IFREMER) focuses on the dissemination and stability of SARS-CoV-2 in the coastal environment. It aims to assess contamination in coastal waters and in shellfish, which are often used as sentinels of the microbial diversity of their aquatic environment.
