Abstract
The TIMING project, coordinated by Romain Volmer (UMR (1225) - Host-Pathogen Interactions (IHAP) - INRAE - Center Occitanie-Toulouse), aims to determine the consequences of the kinetics of the type I interferon response, the main antiviral cytokines , on the clinical course and the immune response during infection with SARS-CoV-2, by combining virological analyzes and analyzes of the immune response.
