Abstract
The project will analyse disruptions and other changes in supply chains caused by COVID-19 focusing on everyday goods (food, grocery shopping). The project will cover shortages, but also access restrictions taking into account different social groups. The project will examine solutions developed in the immediate response phase, review changes in processes, with a focus on best practices and technology-based solutions that are used in the COVID-19 response.
