Abstract

The project investigates the activity of existing drugs against the COVID-19 (SARS- CoV-2) virus, with focus on broad-spectrum antivirals that inhibit viral replication. The studied compounds were developed to treat other viral diseases and have been found to be safe in humans, ensuring a rapid translation for the treatment of patients with COVID-19.
