Abstract
The combination of the three test systems developed by the project can help solve current problems regarding the scaling up of test capacity and speed, as well as the selection of suitable test material. The project works with four PCR- based methods, two quantitative (qPCR and ddPCR), one high throughput PCR, and a fast single-analysis PCR, that can provide an answer within 10 minutes. The goal is the adoption of a far more aggressive testing strategy, independent of existing supply chains.
