Abstract

In addition to the effect on our health, the Corona crisis has had an enormous negative effect on the economy and not least on companies in Denmark and other countries. "Crisis management in Danish companies" uncovers the coking sequences of the Corona crisis on companies' employment, financial situation and opportunities to return after the crisis. "Crisis management in Danish companies" provides a platform that can be used by companies, boards, advisers, organizations and ministries to understand the consequences of the crisis on the business community and to understand the use and effect of aid programs that have been implemented. The project will then examine what characterizes crisis-resilient companies in terms of organization, management practices, and ownership. The project will provide knowledge during the month of May, knowledge that can be used by companies and others to make better decisions regarding how Danish companies will emerge stronger from the crisis in the coming months. In the longer term, it will also provide a greater understanding of effective crisis management that can be used for companies in future crises.
