Abstract

When faced with an unknown threat such as COVID-19, rules and processes in public organizations and companies change much more frequently than usual, and non-compliance with these can be very serious. In order to remain operational in such a crisis situation, it is important to communicate guidelines - and changes to the guidelines - effectively, as well as to ensure that employees follow the rules. The ACCM project will develop a flexible and efficient digital solution that can be used by authorities such as municipalities, universities, hospitals and other institutions. The solution is used to communicate guidelines used in crisis situations such as the COVID-19 pandemic as well as the consequences of changes in the guidelines. The technology must also support case management and follow up on compliance with instructions.
