Abstract
The COVID-19 crisis has led to a sudden transition to video consultations as well as a 40% drop in inquiries to the general practitioner in the month leading up to Easter. There is a need to ensure the quality of the implementation of the new technology in the healthcare system. The project will improve virtual consultations between the general practitioner and patient via e.g. tailor-made guides, support materials for improving remote sensing and a virtual learning portal.
