Abstract
Good management is crucial for employee well-being. Especially at a time when employees are not physically at work. VirtLed supports corporate management, employees and employers' organizations with knowledge of virtual management, which is necessary to work in - and beyond - crisis situations such as the current corona crisis. The project supports both tangible initiatives that organizations can concretely and quickly implement, and investigates the lasting effects of the corona crisis on virtual management.
