Abstract
The emergency services and other health advice lines are under enormous pressure. Using artificial intelligence, this project will analyze patient calls and automatically identify patients who are - or are at risk of being - infected with COVID-19, which i.a. can be used for resource planning. In addition, the project will develop a tool that helps healthcare professionals identify whether a patient is infected and reminds what precautions the patient should take in that case. In this way, high-risk patients can be identified more quickly and the call time shortened. To reduce the number of uncritical calls, an online tool is being developed to help people follow their own development and thus assess their own risk of infection.
