Abstract
Arresting coronavirus replication using a microRNA approach, by devising and testing a microRNA/adenoviral vector-based strategy to treat COVID-19 infection by knocking down the orf1ab gene encoding the RNA-dependent RNA polymerase that SARS-CoV-2 uses to replicate.
