ICOS (An International Observational Study of Outpatients with SARS-CoV-2 Infection) aims to assess the influence of demographics, source(s) of infection, co-morbid conditions, immunosuppression, and other clinical risk factors, for the global cohort and by geographic region. It opened to enrollment in June 2020.
