Abstract

The overall objective of this study is to understand the main clinical, biological, virologic and immunological characteristics of Covid-19 cases detected in Senegal in order to inform the development and updating of health guidelines for cases management and reduce the potential impact of infection. A retrospective and prospective cohort study of Covid-19 confirmed cases will be performed.
