Abstract

To (1) document the social, economic, and health impacts of COVID-19 in Richmond, Calif.; (2) conduct an investigation of citywide responses to COVID-19 in Richmond; (3) examine the impact of pre-existing cross-sector collaborations in hindering and helping immediate and ongoing responses to COVID-19; and (4) make the findings publicly available.
