Abstract

Public and Community Health. To capture the longitudinal/cultural patterning and causal effects of three core mindsets that are expected to shape physiological, social, and psychological outcomes during the COVID-19 pandemic: (1) mindsets about the capability of the body to fight off or recover from COVID-19; (2) mindsets about the social impact of individual health; and (3) mindsets about the nature of the COVID-19 pandemic.
