Abstract

This project consists of four key sub-projects that tackle the evolving pandemic, increase testing capability and control transmission of COVID-19. 1. 'One-step' nucleic acid detection that saves on critical lab consumables and is rapid. 2. Post-market evaluation of TGA approved diagnostic tests before to ensure the quality, accuracy and sensitivity. 3. Development of new testing protocols to enable more individuals to be tested. 4. Testing and validation of serological POCT and assays.
