Abstract

This employment project will tailor small business recruitment of a person to suit a very detailed match with a candidate. The project will be delivered in accordance with current departmental guidelines as impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. The simple goal is that 20 SME's will be taught how to access all types of training and support from all different avenues to ensure the safe and valuable recruitment of a new worker. This also means 20 unemployed people will gain long term sustainable employment and these employer/employee relationships and the further development of them will be provided by this project, ensuring 20 long term employment outcomes.
