Abstract

The ImaCovPrim project aims to determine, by in vivo imaging, the dissemination of the SARS-CoV-2 virus in the whole organism throughout the kinetics of the infection, from the early phases to remission. Immune responses occurring locally in the respiratory tract will also be characterized by medical imaging and RNA sequencing methods.
