Abstract

The SensCOV project will focus on characterizing, in a model of human pulmonary organoid infected by SARS-CoV-2, the molecular determinants involved in the pro-inflammatory response (including the intensity and kinetics of IFN-III production) and to understand the influence of age and gender on the inflammatory response induced by SARS-CoV-2.
