Abstract
The SUD-COVID-G4 project proposes to identify antiviral molecules targeting the interaction between the Nsp3 protein of SARS-CoV-2, which plays an essential role in the replication of the virus, and guanine quadruplexes (G4) formed in cellular RNAs from infected cells. It will specifically target the interaction between the SUD domain of SARS-CoV-2 and cellular G4s.
