Abstract

The TELTRA project will study the influence of teleworking on changes in professional and personal life, including the articulation of social times, working conditions and employee health. The study will be conducted with 6 companies that report obvious problems and / or plan to (re) negotiate a company agreement on telework to improve the situation.
