Abstract
The COVAFFIT project aims to generate small artificial affinity proteins (Affitins) in vitro, using the RBD domain, the S protein and pseudo-typed particles as targets, then to screen and identify Affitins capable of neutralizing the infection. by SARS-Cov-2. The best Affitin candidates will then be characterized in vitro for their affinity, their specificity and their ability to prevent entry of the virus into cells.
