Abstract
The PED-COVID_Infect project proposes to measure the infectivity of SARS-CoV-2 in a cohort of pauci-symptomatic children and their parents, and to assess how the duration and intensity of infectious viral shedding are modulated by interference from viral and immune co-infections in the pediatric population, compared to adults. It will combine a virological, serological and metagenomic approach.
