Abstract

The COVENTRY project aims to identify drugs that prevent or reduce the entry and trafficking of SARS-CoV-2 into cells. In order to accelerate clinical applications, drugs already approved for human use will be reviewed for reuse for the treatment of Covid-19. Clinical trials for therapeutic validation in humans could be considered by the end of the project.
