Abstract

In the SARS-CoV-2-VLP-IVD project, the partners will jointly establish a reliable and CE-certified diagnostic based on SARS-CoV-2 virus-like particles (VLPs) for the determination of human immune status. The Chair of Immunotechnology at the University of Potsdam will produce camelid antibody formats and provide the tools for affinity chromatographic purification. In addition, human antibodies will be produced that can be used as positive reference materials in the test system.
