Abstract
The current Corona pandemic has shown that with the emergence of a crisis, an overflowing amount of information is published on effects, affected persons, regulations, medications and measures, the truthfulness and relevance of which is difficult to assess. This is also due to the fact that various forums with diverging opinions are formed on the emerging issues, for which there are neither established reliable sources nor a recognized circle of experts available. As a result, in the media and many other fields, time-consuming, manual analyses are increasingly being carried out to examine and evaluate information from the web and social media before it is used or further published. Against this background, Condat is researching and developing new services for the analysis and validation of sources, content, and facts based on AI and Semantic Web technologies in the present subproject, with which users can evaluate information from the Web more quickly and reliably.
