Abstract

In this project, action research will be used to collect data, knowledge and experiences for COVID-19 rehabilitation care in a COVID-19 portal. Similar to a recently developed CVA portal, the COVID-19 portal provides a complete overview of the rehabilitation of each individual patient through a direct connection with the electronic patient file of the disciplines concerned.
