Abstract
Professional therapists lack skills: they have (N = 281) 'absolutely no' (77.2%) to 'almost no' (13.9%) experience with online (professional) therapy. Professionals are positive about it but feel inadequate to provide it. There is a huge need for knowledge. In this project, professional therapists will be guided through the Lean-start up method in four sessions. This will lead to results for both education and the professional field.
