Abstract
GP practices in deprived neighbourhoods in Rotterdam want to continue providing telecare during the scaling down of the COVID-19 measures while retaining the quality of care. The aim of the current study is to perform an initial measurement into continuing possibilities for providing telecare and the influence that this has on the help-seeking behaviour and satisfaction of the diverse patient population, with an emphasis on the frequent visitor.
