Abstract

The study will use a hypothesis-generated quality approach by means of one-on-one, semi-structured telephone interviews with patient, family and care providers of the geriatric outpatient clinic in a peripheral and a university hospital. The interviews recorded will be transcribed literally and the transcriptions will be analysed using Atlas.ti-software. The target group will be actively involved in the design and realisation of the study. Through this research we hope to provide care providers with a manual for personalised video calling so that the quality of care can be improved for the patient, family and various care providers.
