Abstract

In intramural care outside the hospital (especially nursing home care, but also youth care, handicapped care and mental healthcare) there is a shortage of facemasks. These facemasks are needed to prevent staff from contracting COVID-19 and transmitting this to residents. We want to investigate whether there is a high quality alternative - from broadly available materials - for the much used RII surgical mask.
