Abstract
How does the corona crisis affect the work experience of healthcare workers? Will the pandemic result in extra workload or more enthusiasm? In this project we investigate the effects of the corona crisis on the well-being of hospital employees. Specifically, the research maps (1) how the mental health and employability of hospital staff changes as the corona crisis continues, (2) which factors determine which employees emerge better (or worse) from the crisis, and (3) do the research in a targeted manner. improvement proposals that are implemented and the results of which follow.
