Abstract

The Corona pandemic - like many crises - entails a high level of uncertainty about individuals' and society's future. The proposed research project aims to identify ways of political communication that enable providing appropriate expectations about the future. It combines interdisciplinary perspectives from psychology and economics in a survey study that allows for correlational and experimental analyses and that will provide insights about how to cope in times of crises.
