Abstract
In response to COVID-19, diabetes care has shifted from in- person care to telehealth. Telehealth provides care to patients remotely using phone, video, or other devices to help manage care. With this enhancement, the project team will adapt CHRIS for telehealth visits among children with type 1 diabetes. CHRIS helps children, even very young children, report about their health reliably and accurately. The study will also adapt expand CHRIS for use with adults who have type 1 or 2 diabetes. Use of CHRIS can support patient and provider discussions about how to manage and treat diabetes.
