Abstract

The goal of this enhancement is to add to the capacity of employers in Milwaukee's Near West Side to engage in and meaningfully use emerging COVID-19 research to inform policies and practices aimed at promoting employees' health and wellness. It can serve as a model to employers for incorporating PCOR/CER evidence into the policy decisions they make about employee health benefits.
