Abstract

Covid-19 Optimization of Resource Allocation. This project aims to contribute to the control and prevention of infections in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic by developing a data-based hierarchical Bayesian inference model. The aim is to model COVID-19 infections that vary according to region and demographics due to different political measures taken. In this way, both decision-makers in the health sector with regard to an adequate allocation of resources and those with political responsibility for the effectiveness of measures taken can be provided with an improved decision-making and planning tool.
