Abstract

Open breathing mask through virucidal aerosol. MED-EL develops an open breathing mask that does not cover the mouth and nose area to protect people at work and in public from infection. A headset with a flexible headband delivers a virucidal antibacterial aerosol in the mouth and nose area. An intelligent breath sensor adjusts the dosage to the surrounding situation.
