Abstract

Purpose and goal The project aim is to apply a new drug discovery platform using directed evolution for finding potent peptides targeting the SARS-CoV2 infection. Expected results and effects The project will enable the discovery of new potent peptides targeting SARS-CoV2 infection and will establish a new drug discovery pipeline to find anti-viral peptides. Planned approach and implementation The project is structured according to specific work packages including development of respective synthetic biology tools, conducting of high throughput screening, analysis of the created data sets and hit evaluation.
