Abstract
The SACADA project, coordinated by Moez Sanaa (Risk Assessment Department (DER) - ANSES de Maisons-Alfort), intends to study the circulation of SARS-CoV-2 in meat processing factories in France in order to to provide measures to prevent or reduce risks for workers and consumers. The project will approach the subject from three angles: (i) protection of workers and prevention of the transformation of these premises; (ii) preventing the closure of these processing plants and guaranteeing supplies; and (iii) prevention of food contamination.
