Abstract
The FCHG project, coordinated by Hugues Aschard (Institut Pasteur / Paris), aims to set up a GWAS (genome-wide association study) consortium of French participants in order to study the genetic variants of the host associated with sensitivity and the severity of Covid-19. A framework for controlled access to the data collection will be put in place to provide the French Covid community with a unique resource for national and international projects dealing with questions of host biology. The data will also be used to contribute to GWAS 'ongoing international effort on host genetics of Covid-19.
