Abstract

The dynamics of the current SARS-CoV-2 pandemic is a challenge for humanity, most of the questions related to biological and socio-ecological aspects of the behavior of this pandemic have yet to be answered. As a public health emergency of international concern, an understanding of the co-evolution of the virus is required to make long-term and contingent decisions. The main purpose of the project is to enable a free access and easy-to-use epidemiological modeling platform, so that the community in general can access modeling tools, rigorously designed and based on Biology, Epidemiology and Complex Systems . Impact: This modeling tool will allow monitoring the behavior of the dynamics, the potential for dispersal and the trends of the disease, among others. Its free access will allow specialized personnel, health administrators and the community in general to have an overview of the pandemic to make decisions according to the state of the disease.
