Abstract

Innate and adaptive immune responses during the incubation and mild phases of SARS-CoV-2 infections may be critical to disease progression and severity. Detailed immunophenotyping of SARS-CoV-2 infections is currently lacking. The project team will use various methods to analyze the cells of the immune system during a virus infection and thus research crucial parameters in order to predict the course of the disease and pave the way for new therapeutic interventions.
