Abstract
Infection by this virus ranges from asymptomatic forms to very severe bilateral pneumonias that frequently cause the death of the patient. The microbiome and virome are altered in a large number of pathologies, but their involvement in this process is unknown although it is possible that both are involved in the different clinical severity of the patient. Therefore, it is proposed to carry out the study of the microbiome and the virome through a bioinformatic and statistical analysis of the microbial diversity and the taxa present in each of the samples, in order to identify biomarkers severity of the process that can be used to better manage the patient.
